I already use an accounting software. Do I have to switch?
We use Quickbooks for our bookkeeping services, so we might need you to switch over, it's easy and we can walk you through the process.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Definitely! You're never locked in, and you can continue using your accounting software without any interruption.
When will I get my first bill?
We do not collect billing information, therefore we charge our fee at the beginning of each month. You can choose to pay monthly or quarterly.
Where are my bookkeepers located?
Our office is located in Port Coquitlam, BC, but with our remote business model, EZ Cloud Accounting is able to service businesses across Canada. We are fluent in both English and French, and provide services in both languages.
Do you prepare personal tax returns?
Yes! We do prepare personal tax retrurns all year long. If this is all you need, feel free to reach to us.
I haven't done my bookkeeping for a while. What should I do in order to work with EZ Cloud Accounting?
We are here to help! We're used to picking up from where the books were left off. On your initial call, your virtual CPA will work with you to develop an efficient system that fits with your workflow, and we'll take it from there!
Do you file taxes?
Yes! We are a one stop CPA firm, and the income tax returns are included in all our plans. If all you need are tax services, we will be happy to help you as well. We also assist with all type of tax credits including SRED and PSTC for clients in the movie industry.
How do you operate remotely?
We've developed intuitive processes to work with our clients remotely. Using common collaboration tools such as Dropbox or Google Drive, it's seamless to share information (such as receipts and bank statements) and communicate effectively with your Virtual CPA.
We can also assist you if yo want to go completely paperless.
